On a Beverly Hills Weight Loss & Wellness plan, you will eat grocery store-bought foods supplemented with high nutrient proteins while losing 2-4 pounds per week. Moderate exercising is recommended but not mandatory to complete our well balanced four-part program.

Step Three: Six-Week Stabilization In this phase we gradually increase your caloric intake by adding some of the restricted foods back into your diet. We'll keep doing this until you reach the caloric level that should maintain your desired weight. Step Four: MaintenanceIf at any time during the following year you gain back up to 10 pounds, you are invited to return to the clinic, free of charge, for the help you need to get back down to your desired weight. The rest is up to you.
